Appointments
All appointments are 50 minutes in duration. The frequency and number of sessions with depend upon your needs and the approach to therapy.

Consultations are by appointment only and can be booked online, through email or by phone.
A small number of after-hours appointments are available.
Appointments can be conducted in person or by telehealth.

For in person appointments, our consulting rooms are located at 151 Weston Street, Brunswick. We share the building with Brunswick Family Osteopathy.
All telehealth appointments are conducted in a private setting to ensure confidentiality. Please note there may be some appointments that are telehealth only but these will be clearly marked in the online booking system.
Fees and Rebates
Individual therapy appointments are $250 for 50 minutes or $270 for after hours (5pm onwards). This is billed at the time of the session.
A reduced fee may be offered in certain circumstances.
We work with clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, Eating Disorder Treatment Plan, NDIS, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed), private health insurance or those who are paying privately. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP you are entitled to Medicare rebates for up to 10 appointments per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate as of April 2025 is $141.85. Rebates may also be available through your private health insurance.
Supervision appointments are $230 for 50 minutes or $250 for after hours (5pm onwards) billed at the time of the session (including GST).
While we do our best to keep the fees up to date on the website, these are subject to change and will be confirmed prior to booking.
Cancellations/rescheduling
We understand that sometimes life happens and you may need to cancel/reschedule and kindly ask the following:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide more than 48 hours notice.​
If you cancel within 48 hours notice of the appointment the following fees apply;

0-24 hours notice: Full fee charged

25-48 hours notice: 50% of fee charged

More than 48 hours: No fee charged

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged.
​
If you arrive late for an appointment, the consultation will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
Fees for late cancellations or missed appointments must be paid before booking your next session.

Please note that cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance, meaning you will be responsible for the full amount.
